Hello to those who drop in for a look on my blog, the blog has now been active for a few years and and has seen some changes with development then loss of enthusiasm due to not getting it right the first time around as a railway modeller even though I did retain some stock from the first generation loumeahrailwayhistorical most was sold off or scrapped.
I learned the hard way with ideals in mind what I remembered as a kid? could turn out; out of place and indeed was the case with having heavy emphasis on country setting was the mix of suburban electrics, this was one costly exercise as others. Mistake purchases on eBay another dear learning curb entering the bidding side, now I only go in and buy now and or new from manufacturers distributors such as Austrain, Auscision, Eureka, Ahearn and second hand Lima, Lime been what I shop for on eBay, other than these five manufacturers I don't bother with the rest.
The layout now on two mobile tables bolted together with a channel, is much what remember as a young bloke out west, far western NSW. The idea now is if I like I can take apart the layout in two stages and with ease transport two halves folded on casters folded down and ready to transport in thirty minutes, reassemble an hour with track soldering the joins from separation. The idea of the tables was one of need as I am getting on in life and living on my own I am looking to down size on the home front with the idea of resettling some place smaller in a more quiet location.
